Proxifier

Proxifier is a versatile proxy client that allows you to tunnel any application's traffic through a proxy server — even apps that don't natively support proxy settings. In this guide, we'll walk through how to configure Proxifier to work with Gsocks:

1) Download Proxifier

Go to the official Proxifier website, download the latest version for your OS (Windows or macOS), install, and open the app.

2) Add a Proxy Server

Go to Profile → Proxy Servers from the top menu bar.

In the Proxy Servers window, click the Add button.

3) Configure Proxy Settings

Fill out the proxy server form as shown below:

Address: us.residential.gsocks.net

Port: 10000

Protocol: Select SOCKS Version 5

Check the

Authentication box and enter your credentials:

Username: username

Password: password

username and password — enter the ones that were issued to you after renting.

Click OK to save the proxy server.

Click “Yes”

Click OK

4) Check Your Proxy Connection

After adding the proxy, Proxifier will prompt you to check connectivity. Click Check to verify.

You should see a confirmation message indicating a successful connection, along with the proxy IP address.

Click Check

If the check is successful, click OK to confirm.

5) Set Up Proxification Rules (Optional)

By default, Proxifier will route all traffic through your proxy. If you want to proxy only specific applications:

Go to Profile → Proxification Rules.

Here you can:

  • Choose which applications use the proxy

  • Set certain apps to connect directly (bypass the proxy)

  • Block specific connections

6) Verify the Connection

Once everything is set up, Proxifier will show live connection logs in the main window. You should see your traffic being routed through the Gsocks proxy.

Open any browser or application, and its connections will appear in the Proxifier log with the proxy status.
