How do I manage my subscription to residential proxies?

Written by Dmitry

If you already have an active residential proxy subscription, you can adjust how and when it renews.

Follow these steps:

  1. In the left menu, open the Proxies section.

  2. Select "Residential."

  3. Go to the "Subscription" tab.

  4. Click "Change subscription."

A window titled "Change subscription" will open, where you can adjust the following settings:

    - Next renewal - the date of your next automatic renewal. Click the date to pick a different day (you can also set it to renew earlier).

    - Automatic Renewal - turn automatic renewals on or off. Each renewal starts a new subscription cycle.

    - Trigger when remaining traffic is below - set a traffic threshold. Whenever your remaining traffic drops below this amount, more traffic is purchased automatically, without waiting for the renewal date. This option only works when Automatic Renewal is turned on - if Automatic Renewal is off, the trigger is unavailable.

With Automatic Renewal on, your subscription renews either on the Next renewal date or as soon as your traffic falls below the trigger - whichever happens first. Each renewal starts a new cycle, so the Next renewal date updates automatically to the next cycle after every top-up.

  5. After adjusting the settings, click "Change subscription" to confirm.

  6. A notification will appear confirming that your changes have been saved.

That's it — your subscription settings are now updated.
