Open Settings → Network & internet → Proxy (or type "Proxy" in the Windows search bar to open the menu directly).
Under Manual proxy setup, next to Use a proxy server, click Set up.
Turn on Use a proxy server, then enter the proxy server's IP address and the port number specified in your account. Click Save.
When you first open a website through the proxy, a pop-up window will ask for the username and password assigned to that specific port. Enter them, and you will be browsing via your Gsocks proxy port.

In the Proxy server section, check only Use a proxy server for your LAN, then enter the proxy server's IP address and the port number. In the Advanced settings, make sure Use the same proxy server for all protocols is checked.
Click OK to save the changes. When you first open a website through the proxy, a pop-up window will ask for the username and password assigned to that specific port. Enter them, and you will be browsing via your Gsocks proxy port.
