Helium Scraper is a data scrapping tool that allows for efficient data gathering, avoiding IP blocks and CAPTCHAs. You can integrate your Gsocks residential proxy in Helium Scraper following these steps:
1) Download Helium Scraper software and install it.
2) In HS, go to File >> Proxy List menu.
3) In the opened menu, add the residential proxy port details accordingly:
Address - residential.gsocks.net.
Port - the port number that is specified for your port in your Gsocks account >> Proxies >> Residential tab.
Username and Password - the user details for the residential port in question.
You can find the username and password of the residential port in question by copying a link to a proxy list and pasting it in another tab, where you will see the list with all the details above.
4) Click OK to save and go to the Project menu >> Settings >> Proxies >> set the Enable Proxies value to True and press OK to save the change.
5) To double-check proxy integration, visit an IP checker website within Helium Scraper browser. If you see the location as you chose for your Gsocks proxy port, you have added Gsocks proxy to HS successfully!
